In this episode, Jana Rosborough, Senior Program Associate at NCSI with WestEd, and Dr. Heather Gomez, Executive Leadership Coach with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools speak with 2020 National Teacher of the Year, Tabatha Rosproy to discuss her leadership, innovation, and impact as an early childhood educator. As the first preschool educator named as the National Teacher of the Year, Rosproy is recognized for not only for her ability to effectively instruct but also her ability to capitalize on community connection through her establishment of a pre-k located within a senior living facility. It’s a fantastic, hopeful, and inspiring conversation.
